These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Makeshots(“Makeshots”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

Makeshots generates marketing screenshots for the App Store, Google Play, and other channels from the inputs you provide. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity that happens under it. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to use any content you upload.

3. Your content and inputs

You retain all rights to the content you upload (such as your app screenshots and text). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the service to you. You represent that you have the rights to the content you upload and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

4. Ownership of generated screenshots

You own the screenshots you generate with Makeshots. As the owner of the app (or an authorized representative), you may use them for any purpose, including commercial use — publishing them on the App Store and Google Play, your website, advertising, and other marketing materials.

5. How we use generated screenshots

We will never use your generated screenshots to train AI models.
We may showcase free samples. We may display free (unpaid) generated screenshots as examples of what Makeshotscan produce (for example in our gallery, marketing, or documentation). If you’d prefer we not feature your free screenshots, email us at techrozsolutions.co@gmail.com and we’ll honor the request.
Paid screenshots stay private. If you’ve paid for your screenshots (for example with credits or a purchase), we will nevershowcase or share them without your explicit permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Makeshots to:

Upload content you do not have the rights to use.
Create misleading, unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
Generate, upload, or distribute NSFW, pornographic, or sexually explicit content of any kind. This includes nudity, sexual acts, sexually suggestive material, and any sexual content involving minors. We may remove such content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this rule.
Reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service or its infrastructure.
Resell or redistribute the service itself without our permission.

7. Payments and credits

Paid features and credit packs are billed as described at checkout. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable. Prices and packages may change going forward.

8. Privacy

Your use of Makeshots is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data. In short: we do not sell or share your data with third parties.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep Makeshots available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Makeshots will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service.

11. Termination

You may stop using Makeshots at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that could harm us or other users.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Communications

By creating a Makeshots account you agree to receive transactional emails, such as account notifications and replies to your feedback posts. We may also occasionally send you product updates, new feature announcements, and discount offers. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email.
