This Privacy Policy explains what information Makeshots (“Makeshots”, “we”, “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Makeshots, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to operate the service:

• Account information. When you sign in, we receive your email address and basic profile details from your authentication provider (e.g. Google).
• Content you provide. The app screenshots, text, and other inputs you upload or enter so we can generate marketing screenshots for you.
• Generated screenshots. The output images created from your inputs.
• Usage and device data. Standard analytics such as pages visited and approximate region, used to keep the service reliable and improve it.
• Payment data. Purchases are handled by our payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

2. How we use your information

• To generate, store, and deliver the screenshots you request.
• To operate, maintain, secure, and improve Makeshots.
• To process payments and provide customer support.
• To communicate with you about your account or the service.
• To send you occasional product updates, new feature announcements, and discount offers. You can opt out of these marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email — essential account emails may still be sent.

3. We do not share your data with third parties

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for their own purposes. The only parties that ever process your data are the service providers we use to run Makeshots — for example hosting, authentication, payment processing, and the AI image provider that generates your screenshots. These providers act on our instructions, only to deliver the service, and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes.

4. Your generated screenshots

You own the screenshots you generate. As the creator of the app (or an authorized representative), you may use the screenshots you generate with Makeshotsfor any purpose, including commercially — on the App Store, Google Play, your website, ads, and marketing.

We will never use your generated screenshots to train AI models.

Showcasing samples. We may display free (unpaid)generated screenshots as examples of what Makeshots can produce — for instance in our gallery, marketing, or documentation. If you would prefer that we do not feature your free screenshots, just let us know at techrozsolutions.co@gmail.com and we will honor your request.

Paid screenshots stay private. If you have paid for your screenshots (for example with credits or a purchase), we will never showcase or share them without your explicit permission.

5. Data retention

We keep your account information and generated content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

7. Your rights

8. Children

Makeshots is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

9. Changes to this policy
